On September 14, 2025, the Food Court 5000 crowd gathered at Lloyd Center for another round of joyful mall walking. Vera made a quick cameo to fire up the walkers before dashing off to catch a flight to New York City. Why? She was on her way to film for The Kelly Clarkson Show, airing September 30.

With Vera on the road, Sister Melissa stepped in as substitute coach and kept the energy flowing through the mall. Melody grabbed the camera and covered photo and video duties so Sister Melissa could focus on leading the walk. To make things even sweeter, reps from Harvest Snaps showed up and surprised the Mall Rats with free Crunchy Loop snacks that were as tasty as they were crunchy.
